Previously I have had no problems (apart from the initial setup) of using my XP laptop and P800 for dial up networking via Bluetooth to the internet via O2 GPRS.
I have since upgraded my P800 to a P900 and have configured exactly the same setings in the P800 config and set up the PC in exactly the same way.
Accessing the internet via the P900 directly and serial connections via Bluetooth are working fine but I cannot get access to the internet in dial up networking mode with my laptop.
I kick of the DUN client, connect and just after authentication (so there is no problem here) and during 'registering you computer on the network' stage a 'Error connecting to Bluetooth connection' message appears and 'TCP/IP reported error 738 the sever could not assign address.
Configs are exactly the same, DHCP is on but this only happens with the P900. I revert to the P800 and it all works OK!!!
Help please......
