I'm a happy owner of a 7650 since some weeks now and I love the phone (especially compared to my old 3310 :tongue: ). Now to my problem.
I purchased an IR Adapter from Sweex (http://www.sweex.com/product.asp?pid=134) to be able to get the phone and PC communicating. Anyway, after some fixing with drivers and stuff I get windows to accept it, so after putting the IR on in the phone the computer starts an IR connection and I am able to send files both ways without any problems at all. But, I would need the PC Suite to work as well, and it isn't right now. The mRouter says "Connected Infrared" but when I try to start PC Suite it just says "It's your first time bla bla... Connect your phone and press OK" what I do is, I connect my phone, sees mRouter establish the connection and then presses OK, and nothing happens, the same message just stays there. I also notice a "Not connected" icon in PC Suites bottom right corner. I've reinstalled to program, tested with and without Nokia connectivty SDK but still the same problem.
My phone does have some bugs I think, so maybe a new firmware to that one would solve the problem, but then the question is, how do I upgrade the firmware?
