I purchased Eprofiles from PsiLoc how do I upgrade to v1.20

Hi, just download the trail version on the website off PSILoc and install this over the other version and you have the last version installed !

The first version I purchaed "commercial version" did not require me to enter a registration code. I did install the trial over my existing registered one, but when I go to the "about" folder and click "register" the reg key portion is blank. Does this mean I have to purchase again?

Download commercial version again (all retailers has new, upgraded version available).

You can also obtain license key for shareware or beta versions - send request to [email protected] (provide your OrderID and purchasing date).

Hi, my case is kinda unique. I got my 7650 second hand. The software was already installed by previous owner. Unfortunately, he is now in the USA and I don't think I can provide the info required. Is there anyway for upgrade?

Then i think they will probably make you buy another licnense.

How about this then ? If you have your phone replaced and your software is licensed to the phone as above off the IMEI number what happens ! Do we get issued another Serial number as the IMEI number will be new i.e. on a new phone !

Just wondering incase this is the way my phone repair goes ?

Hmmmm, I dont think that he sould buy another license since the license is for the phone and not for the person! They dont create the key from his personal details but from the phones IMEI number! My opinion is that he has the right for an upgrade and a new "license" IF he can proove that he has one already!

If I buy a piece of software I am allowed to sell it second hand aren't I?

Thinking about it then yes you are right and should imagine it is yours to include in the price you sell your phone for !

Yes they sould be able to find it easily! If they keep records that is, but I am sure they do!

All our products are available with two license types; for device(shareware version) and for person (commercial type).

First one cannot be moved to another machine (except device exchanges under warranty).

Commercial versions can be moved to another machine, but not to another person.

So, in this case you must purchase the software again.
