Software dilemma

i have a minor problem. i just got myself an ngage and im having a little trouble connecting it to my pc. i have inserted it into the connectivity cable and my comp can see that its there because it is asking me to install the driver for it. the only problem is i cant find the damn driver. its not on the CD and i want to put my music onto my ngage. i also should inform you that i dont have a mmc in there at the moment, could that be what is giving me headaches? thanks.

With the USB cable, the access is only to the MMC. If there is no MMC in the phone, then the cable doesn't do anything. I think the User's Guide does explain this (as it does many other things, so you might want to read it).

If you want to use the Nokia PC Suite for N-Gage, then you need Bluetooth for your PC.

N-Gage network settings (MMS, WAP, Internet):

Strictly speaking you shouldn't need a driver, but the cable definitely wont work with no MMC. How do expect to put music on your phone if there's no MMC in it anyway?
