App. closed message

Hi All.
I tried to load Smart2go program
but get message "App. closed smart2go" :frown:
I have 1.7Mb phone memory and 1Gb MMC, FW 6.
Does anybody know what's wrong?

hi,
as I know, you should have the city fles on mmc (E:\cities\). Or maybe you don't have the license for that device.

Thanks, but i had communication with the software vendor.
And i had all: lisence and city files...
But don't have the answer: why i still have this message?
