and YES you can and we have done it! (after 6 months of hard work by myself(King of Ashen) & Undescriptive...
We can connect EVERY SINGLE TIME, chat, browse the news, download new skins, everything....so are you guys ready...well the launch of the technique is 26 November 04. As i suspected,you have just reinvented the wheel.You will find your techinque described in many posts of this forum.Just search for "bluetooth internet connection sharing"
can i download the ngage arena on to my 7610 n then use the bluetooth connection cuz i cant use it otherwise with opera! as stated in a thread in the 7610 forumss 😞
This internet sharing "trick works only on Series 60 0.x - 1.x devices.On the 6600(Series 60 2.0)you have ti fiddle with GnuBox and like you said,it doesn't work on the 7610(Series 60 2.1).
Well i got gnubox installed on my n-gage and let me tell u, its ALOT earier to use than the mailbox trick thing
You don't need GnuBox on the N-Gage.The regular internet sharing works just fine.
Hey were not talking about regular internet sharing if you would care to read the document...you'll find that the n-gage arena software does not allow you to use the nternet sharing resource unless the document provided by us is followed...

Yeah,right.Most of the internet apps don't work unless you start messaging and connect to your e-mail account,the arena is nothing special.
