Have you tried the SPmark tests on your n-gages? Ive got both the original and the QD and the results were 493 for the original, and 481 for the QD. Probably it hasnt got much importance, but well, the QD was released later!

Tried on my Ngage ... same here 493 ... good to here that my ngage is as fast as others

I just got a new QD from my carrier (account mix-up, so they sent me a new one) and ran SPmark on a fresh system.
SPMark04 3D Score: 491
3D Game: 8.01 fps
3D FillRate: 1.80 Mtexel/s
3D PolyCount: 27.66 Ktriangles/s
So it looks like the QD is in fact in line with the original, provided the system doesn't have anything else on it. My old QD only scored a 483.
