Photos is damn good, I don't have right webs 4 compliments 😃
Video is also better, cleared and nicer
Display also looks better but it is a subjective...
Pencil on right said is so stupid.
I prefer joystick, but this joypad is so good, shortcuts works just fine 7 of them, default is like on s40 nokia phones.
Keypad is great, better than 6600 or 7610.
Loudspeaker is also better, new design with hole on top is so better
Mp3 song sound better trough ultramp3 player
real works in full screen mode, landscape also...
there is a rubber around camera and it is good point
Offline profile works just fine, great, now I can work some jobs on mobile without been corrupted with calls or sums..

PC suite is complete new and redesigned, looks dif rent at all U can even send sums or edit contacts from them, something like in oxygen

Cab el connection works just fine, without any problems..

thanks for the information 😉 i got mine more than a week ago and iam very satisfied... 😃 this device is cool,full of features,very good equipped,photos are great /on the screen and PC/,very good standby time/from saturday to tuesday,and heavily used/. its a great change /from my previous phone(samsung sgh-e700)/ to an phone with OS and so many possibilities... 😊 fulscreen photo and video watching,fast menu and working with that.i would like to buy an bluetooth headset 😃 have a nice day

This is your first smart phone, and if use soft craps phones like E700 u must be satisfied with 6630 🙄

But from odher dide, Im some kind of symbian guru, Im using symbian phones trough many years, since first models of 7650 and have lot of experience in that, Im also work with some SPV phones and with symbian phones with UIQ platform also.

So when I said that phone is awesome it is 😃O 😃O

yes,thats true.samsung was not bad,but its a totaly different category of phones... absence of:bluetooth,memory expansion possibility,operating system,good standby time,and many other negatives... but it was a year ago,and i didnt knew anything about OS and its possibilities,but for months I searched for information,joined some forums and discussions,and now i know,what is the OS about ... i was hasitating between an imaging phone /maybe SE 700/ and about Nokia 6630,but since it was announced / think that it was 14.7.2004 if i remember correctly.../ i loved this phone,i watched every presentation,video,and information about it and i decided to buy and now iam happy with it 😃 and i know,that there are more important things than an 262,144 colour display in 240*320 resolution... have a nice day 😉

Some other points:

Voice recorder is still 60 sec max, but it can be solved with external applications.

For video recorder u can choose in setting short (for MMS) or maximum in maximum mode phone always show estimated time left depending of free memory on your MMC, for me that's mean 55 min & 25 sec for know, this really good feature and I like it.

Data transfer application works well with 6600, contacts copying is good but I cant get groups from my 6600 on any way.

sVcard 1.01 (6600) version works just fine and fast, but they also cant import my huge archive of groups that's the bad because I have a lot time to set-up groups again...

Metal bluster episode II works just fine and sound efect sounds so cool much better and louder than on 6600

thanks a lot.i have the phone more than a week,but i didnt try such many things,like you 😃 but its caused byt tha fact,that iam not an experienced user of Symbian 😃 i tried to:transfer and listen mp3,record video,make photos,transfer them to pc,and print,some new themes,working with Multimedia Converter,and series 60 theme studio,working and transferin with and via Pc Suite...
now i have to try the bluetooth/i would like to buy an bluetooth headset HS-4W 😊 /.have a nice day :icon14:

I'm of the feeling the RAM figure is wrong mate, "Randomely Accessable Memory" like in PC's does not remember information when power is removed.
The 10mb you quote is for the actual phone memory capacity, the amount of RAM is normally an allocated percentage of the overal space quoted for the phone memory.

Looking at the specs I cannot see a RAM value mention. I maybe wrong but isn't D: the RAM part? On the 6600 D: remembers WAP pages and System files, which I think gets lost during a power off.
In that case 8758kb is quoted.

@For the owners of 6630--->what version of fs caller are you using if its working properly?as soon as i open the fs caller and exit it ,it closes(it doesnt do it on 6600/7610) how do you manage to get it working?I ACTIVATE it and when you exit the program it should be running in the background,insted it de-activates everytime!!!anyone esle with the same problem? HELP,test it and tell me if it works?thanks
