Does The Real Media Player In Nokia 9500 Play All Types Of .rm,.ram And Other Real Media Formats.i Remember That Allthough Nokia 6600 Had A Real Media Player But It Did Not Play Real Media Files.i Am Attaching A Real Media Files Can Someone Kindly Play It And Whether The Nokia 9500 Plays It Or Not

THE ONE I ATTACHED BEFORE WAS A AUDIO FILE I AM POSTING A VIDEO FILE ALSO PLEASE CHECK WHETER REAL ONE IN NOKIA 9500 PLAYS THIS OR NOT.ALSO I WOULD BE VERY GRATEFUL IF CAN TELL ME WHETER REAL MEDIA PLAYER ACTUALLY STREAMS REAL MEDIA SONGS FROM THE NET.

The 6600 can play real media files.They need to be encoded using certain standards,like limited bitrate and resolution,specific codecs etc etc.I suspect its the same with the 9500.

Please help i have nokia 9500 i tried to put .rm files on my 9500 it works but i dont see any video only sound ., but on my pc there is video and sound .,

i think you have to convert it first before playing it in you 9500.. some codec issues... 😊

they have to be encoded using real media 8 and not real 10 which is the most popular one used now

I have the same problem; RealPlayer in 9300 only plays back the sound, no video. I have tried a dozen of different settings and codecs. But to no avail.

I have rendered my video to so many different real settings that I suspect the RealPlayer on Nokia 9300 simply does not work at all.

I have browsed several forums, and everywhere people just say that it is a codec issue.

Could somebody out there finally say what settings or codecs one should use in order to be able to watch videos with RealPlayer on Nokia 9300 smartphone.

Alternatively, could you please recommend some other software that actually works - and which codec you used to make it work.
