Yes, it's very easy. Connect the phone to your computer with "Desktop Suite" in the Launcher menu. Then, go to "Phone", open up the "Settings -> Network" menu item, and change the "Band". Don't let it find another operator (press "Cancel"😉. Now, your phone will use your computer as an internet gateway. This doesn't work with the Messaging application, though.
