P900: Open Flip to Continue - but nothing happens...??

I have four P900's for game testing and I've set up three of them fine, when you first plug them in, it'll say 'open flip to continue' and gone through set up, now they're all happily charging.

One of them however, just says 'open flip to continue' which I did, but nothing happens.

I've tried powering off, re-inserting the battery, and before I resort to shaking the baby, has anyone seen this before? Curious to know whether its workable or whether I should send this one back to the shop.
