Control What appz Start at Phone startup

hi there
I was Wondering if there is an App that lets u Control what Appz start with the Fone At Fone startup & Enable Disable them ---

i tried "AutoStart" but it just lets u add new Appz To the List --

Recently i installed "BlackLister" -- it doint Run & crashed my fone-- i tried uninstalling it from te Appp Manager but it said cant Remove -- "in USE". So using FExplorer i deletd the app Folder from the \system\Appz.
Now whenever i REstart my Fone i get "APP Closed Error!" .. I think the Entry is still there but it gives Error as the APP is not Found to be Run

Can someone help me how to Cure it

You can hold down the abc/penncil key while switching on the phone. This will stop any third party apps running in the boot sequence., You can them remove the offending applicaiton.
