I have a group created with over 100 recepients. Now when I send message to this group it take 10-15 minutes by saying sending text message. By that time I cant compose any other message or can't send any other message. Is there is any tweak or tool which can help me for fast messaging.

I know of no tweaks or tools like that.
Workarounds:
- compose all the messages you want to send first, send those that don't go to big groups first
- compose your messages in the Notes app while the messaging app is sending
- split big groups to smaller groups
Are you sending advertisements or something like that, when you need to send the same message to so many people?
I don't think I've ever sent an SMS to more than 10-12 people, with 99.99% of my messages to 1 or 2 people, sometimes 3 or 5. And I've been using SMS since 1994 and the Nokia 2110 phone.
Also, do you do it often? Who pays your phone bills? 😉
