Has anyone worked out if you can connect a keyboard to an A1000 or use grafitti script? I find the current text print option a pain, its also slow!!! Thanks
Keyboard for A1000
Looks like I found a bluetooth keyboard that will work. The site http://www.mobilefun.co.uk/product/4262.htm claims it is compatible with the A1000.
"This product is compatible with:
Motorola: A1000, A835, A920, A925, E1000
NEC: e616
Nokia: 3650, 3660, 6260, 6600, 6630, 7600, 7610, N-gage, Ngage QD
O2: XDA, XDA II
Orange: M1000
Panasonic: X70
Sendo: X
Siemens: SX1
Sony Ericsson: P800, P900, P910 "
Anyone tried this keyboard as yet with the A1000?
I use "www.thinkoutside.com" stowaway keybaord (Bluetooth) ...works like a charm. I was chocked to see it work, since i have a A-925 and it didnt work there. If you buy the keyboard, just install the Symbian P800 sis file and type away ....=)

Brando's BT keyboard works well and it also locks in place once opened.
Have a look here (about 50 inc. shipping): http://shop.brando.com.hk/btsmartkeyboard.php 😉
What do you mean by lock? ...Stowaway also locks in its mode? (a little switch to be able to cloe it again) ....i think its very nice looking. Do you know if its bigger then stowaway witch is so small and thin, and still easy to use.
Thanks Nakazul and Jah for the advice
Hi
Can anyone tell me which driver to use for the A1000? I've used the one for the A925, but I'm not sure that is working for me.
Should I use a different driver?

Use the Sony 910i drivers, and then the A1000 will work just fine.
