Hi you guys,

Sad news my friends, my phone passed away this week end...:saint:
Let me explain this, everything worked well until i tried to answer to an sms.. when i tried to send it i got an error like " time of operation over" smthg like that.. tried to open a new sms window, wrote my message again same error when i tried to send it..

then i tried to reboot it... got this weird menu ( i pressed the on/off botton) but didn t get the regular on/off menu instead i got a menu with 3 choices like restart and 2 others which i dont remember but they were not the regular ones..

So, i pressed to restart the phone... since then it just keeps rebooting all the time... i tried to boot it without the mmc, same thing... it actually tries to boot 3 times (see the nokia logo) then i see a little line horizontal through the screen then i reboots after the third times it shut itself dow... :s:

I doubt it will ever work again but i still have this little hope burning inside 😉
any help would be so much appreicated... any idea to make it work or to save my data (contacts...)

hi there! i have the some problem. your phone is not totally damage, only the firmware.the only solution is to go to cellphone rapair shop and tell them that your phone has a 4 blink problem. they know what to do. usually the cost is 500 to 600 pes0 only. i gave you some comfort.

thanks man i m so glaf someone answered me, i posted this a while ago (29-11-2004,) and never got any answer untill today THANKS MAN!!
i ll go get it reapair problem is if i have it reflashed i ll lose all my data

Thats if your from the Philippines you can have it flashed in Green hills or somewhere because the underground scene here is operating at a freely unpoliced manner. But if your somewhere outside asia the nokia service center is your utmost answer. But i can say that the phone is dead and it needs to be resurrected (By flashing) 😉 Tired needs rest, dead needs something done to be alive again. 😉
