help my phone turns on makes calls and most other things but when i try to go to applications it won't open it just stays on whatever screen i was on before. i can't unistall anything because i can't access control panel. i did the reset "holding down power button" but it didn't help. for what ever resaon my p.c does not have a backup restore. so basiclly is there some sequance of buttons i can press on my phone that will reset it, or is there something i can down load that will give me access to my application please help :con?

hi! on the right side where the flap joins the phone there is a small switch inside which releases when u open flap and is pressed when u close it. i guess your switch is stuck that is why you cannot c the open flap application try to release the button with a needle or something and hopefully you will get every thing working .
