k my ngage started getting messed up etc.. then i decided to do the *#7370# to resert her all goes well i start using the phone then i restart it once k its all good restart it again and then boom EVERYTHING IS IN FRENCH! wtf just happend?!?!?! help!

I don't know what happened, but I can speculate:
- You have a SIM card issued by a French operator and the phone's language setting is "Automatic", instead of some other language specifically chosen.
- You hit some kind of language selection bug in the phone's firmware.
In any case, you can go to the Settings app - or whatever it is called in French 😉 - and change the language to some other built-in language (English or whatever your firmware has).
