probs with calender,& log

since a week i've noticed that in my call log the timer shows time 30 min before the original call time, for eg- if my clock is showing a time 3pm & on that instant i reciever or dial a call, the phone shows the time in log as 2.30pm,,
In calender i 've selected a month view option, in setings as well as in primary option, but whenever i close the calender & open it again it shows the day view.
also as the view changes 2 day view all the stored anniversaries & birthdays disappears.. what should i do??????
