Is there any site where SDK is available online or is there anyway to get it faster rather than waiting for 4-5 weeks (from Nokia)?

Not that I know of. I think Nokia like to keep the distribution controlled.
It only took mine a week to arrive.

Yeag I guess I was lucky. However I think its partly because I applied for an SDK shortly after it came out and when requesting the new version it always came very quickly perhaps because I was higher up the list.
