SeleQ registration key......

Mine took only two days.

2 days, I heared of ones taking just hours!!! :-?

I think he bought it on the weekend.
I bought it on weekday & get response within 2hrs. 😃

i tried to buy it with help from colin(aikon.ch)

He spend the money saturday in,ximplify answer me monday 01pm,
that i sould request the mail for security reasons.
This i do @ 3pm but then i get until now not anymor answer...
(but maybe they will work it out tomorow)

One Question:

If i had a trial of V1.01i,(what would be finish @ 4.oct.)
but remove it bevor the end for using with put back my date.

If i put now the version 1.2i,it is necessairy to put the date again back,
or can i use the new version with the date of today until i get my key??

I ask,cause i would like to install already the new Version,but if i put the trial like this down,how i will put then my key inside?

according to what they answered me last time via email.
they replied that,
1.The trial period restarted again for new update. 😉
2.Registered user get free upgrade. 😃

Yes it is true! I just installed the new version again and I did have a 14 day trial again so that I can insert the key! I hope they answer me in less tha 14days 😃

I just received a confirmation email from a guy at Ximplify! After 3 hours and its 5:44 in the morning here! Not bad!

3 hours after my last posting and I received the key! Its 7:25 in the morning! Ehmmm and time to sleep 😊

I bought Seleq from Handango. Ximplify got back to me in an hours time asking for confirmation by email. I sent that and got back the reg key in a couple of hours.. all in all around 3 hours I would say...

i get today the key 😉

the reason for the hours between mail and reply is,cause the guys are in asia out there,and this means a time-differents of +8 hours...
the support is good,
patrick answer me each mail 😉,
(even on 2mails of me was the same question in different ways)

I also bought SeleQ. It took me couple of hours. I got a message from PatricK on the day that version 1.2 was released saying that I can upgrade free of charge. I can say not only good software but also good support.

yeah they are very much on the ball but do remember that this guy does have to sleep sometime and I dont know of anyone that has waited more than a full 24 hours... Even if you order from Handango it should be just as quick as they have there systems set up to recieve orders straight away.

b4 i install the latest trial version, i wd like to ask some qns.

a) what is missing or what i cannot do with the trial version?

b) if i install the trial version & i dont like it, can i uninstall w/out any problems?

c) when i use seleq trial version's features, and later i uninstall it, what happens to the stuffs which i set or changed?

In answer to your question:

a. Trial version of SeleQ is a fully working copy (nothing disabled). It will work for 14 days from the date of installation after that you will not be able to use it except to uninstall. This is regardless of whether you used it for 14 days or not because SeleQ works based on date of installation. Actually SeleQ works based on date of first installation so even if you uninstall the software on the 12th day and reinstall on th 15th, it won't work. :cry:

b. Yes, I believe you can uninstall without any problems

c. Uninstall will remove all components of the software ie all functionality available such as screen capture or set operator logo will not longer be available. However files created will still be there ie screenshot files will still be in the system and can be accessed via image application provided it is stored in correct directory. Also if you have moved files around, the files will be in the last location where it was moved to (ie and I think I am stating the obvious here, the uninstallation process does not put the files back in the orginal directory).

I ordered a copy midday Sat, On Weds I sent a chase up email. Thursday I still havnt had a response.

This is the 2nd copy I have ordered the first came through the next day
