bluetooth problem!

Hi guys,

ive been reading this forum for a year now and i know you are all the most knowledgable 7650 owners around.
i would be grateful if you could help me. recently i have purchased a BT dongle and set it all up together with nokia pc suite but when i try to activate enter the BT connectivity option on my 7650, i just get a Bluetooth: System error! message. what can i do to sort this out?

You could try reformatting the phone, but if my memory serves me right, this old problem requires a trip to the nearest Nokia service center.

Thanks for that info. I tried soft and hard resets but both failed to work.
interestingly, the phones memory is also full even after deleting all messages, files and applications. It is now at a service centre and i will let everyone know of the outcome.
