Well, i switched to 6260 just last night.. after seeing the pop-up commercial while i'm browsing a site.
Its my 2nd day today, and I am trying to compare this one with my ever-loved 6600.
I am in the process of accepting the flip screen of this phone. From 6600, i guess i am experience a lot of adjustment -- physically. If i'll be asked what is the strongest point that this phone has compared to 6600, I guess that will be the FM stereo. Just like you have a pocket-size cd player with you.
About the flip, i think its very fragile. Just like i'm waiting for the day that this might suddenly fall or broke... but i always think instead that I trust Nokia..
With regards to the camera, for me i think the location is not good.. coz most often when you are holding it your fingers or hand tend to touch the optic unconsiously.. which means that you need to wipe it out first everytime you need to take photos. Not in my 6600 huhuhuhu... but then again this phone has FM anyways.. 😊
I don't want to believe on this and i'm still convincing my self that maybe i am not just use to it yet but i noticed that the image taken by 6600 is much realistic than 6260 photos.. 😞 However, as I said maybe i'm still learning this phone.
But 6260 photos if viewed over the phone is much realistic than 6600. I just don't know why when you transfer the images to your pc the quality changes. Or maybe i'm still a beginner with this.
About the navigation, i can feel that it is much easy to navigate in 6260 compared to 6600's joystick. Texting is much easy too and answering/ending a call.
About the sound, its fantastic! The speaker is clear even in FM mode. The sound is also louder than 6600.
In general, I think i made the right decision because of the fact that it has FM, you can listen to it to rock your world when you are lonely and you can take photos unnoticeably bcoz ppol dont know that your camera is pointing at them. Longer video recording 10 min (default software which is much reliable than 3rd party) and very fashionistic design.
