Hello,
I have search the forum to see if there were any similar problems, but couldn't find any. I can send and receive TEXT messages on Agilemessenger; however, can not send voice (push to talk) or pictures. I was able to do this a couple weeks ago, but now it does not work. I tried a soft-reset and it still is not working. Tried reinstalling Agilemessenger (no worky). I checked my GPRS/access point settings and it all looks fine (as it did before). I am using Tmobile Tzones and a Nokia 3620. Agilemessenger is a pain in the butt when you don't have the push-to-talk feature! Thanks for any help you all can provide.
Bill
PS. I have lost my wap browsing too (will connect to access point, but times out on any wap page). Assuming it is the same problem.
Has any one had a problem like this? I talked to Tmobile and they are telling me it is the phone. One thing I forgot to mention, two weeks ago I kept getting a "startup app failed" error when the phone started up. This disabled my menu button (couldn't do anything but, use it as a phone). So, I reset the phone (which fixed the startup app/menu problem... but now my browser and PTT voice on agilemessenger doesn't work).
Thanks for your help,
Bill
So, I contacted nokia technical support and they have concluded that the phone has reverted back to a partial "locked" state (originally an ATT phone before being unlocked and used for tmob). Is this possible (it may have happened during one of the hard resets I did)? I was under the impression that the unlock is flashed onto the phone (no reset can reflash a phone, right?).
At anyrate, I give up. Take care, folks!

It can! Most of the operator software is ROM, then one total reset, can return well to the original state. But the solution is easy, to unblock of new.
