Are all fields that are available in MS Outlook contacts (i.e. Home and work addresses, multiple phone number, several e-mail addresses etc.) copied to the Sendo X? I would like to use the phone as an organiser as well as a phone, so house addresses etc. would be very useful.

Yes I think pretty much all fields are copied. I certainly have some contacts with a lot of data stored under them.
I can't tell you for sure which fields are copied because my X is off for repair ATM, maybe someone else can confirm.

Here we go then:
Outlook fields (XP)
Fullname
Job title
Company
File as
Business
Home
Business fax
Mobile
Address
email
Display as
web page address
IM address
Additional fields available in place of above:
Assistant
Business 2
Callback
Car
Company
Home 2
Home fax
ISDN
Other
Other fax
Pager
Primary
Radio
Telex
TTY/TDD
E-mail 2
E-mail 3
Sendo X fields:
First name
Last name
Company
Job title
Telephone
Mobile
Fax
E-mail
Therefore not all fields are available on sync.
thanks for that.....its as I feared, not everything goes over. I've got contacts with work and home 'snail mail' addresses, plus 2 or 3 e-mail addresses, and home, work and mobile phone numbers.....this works on things like a P900, or any Microsoft OS phone, but sadly not the Sendo X. For me this is the biggest drawback on Symbian phones (I guess the P900 is UIQ which is slightly different?) and always puts me off.
Thanks for taking the time to post anyway.

If you setup all your contacts in Outlook first with all the details you want, then sync with the sendo x, It'll sync more information than you would get creating it on the sendo first. I have contacts with home, business, mobile and email address.
But try settinging everything up in outlook and then sync, it might copy more information than you think. I have been pleasently surprised.
Also if you setup contacts in the sendo then sync with outlook, new contacts copied from phone to outlook have a habit of putting the telephone number into the other field in the outlook contact, instead of the telephone field.
The X does let you sync multiple snail mail addresses e.g. business address, home address etc.
It also lets you sync multiple phone numbers and email addresses (not completely sure about email).
The sync software is one of the best things about the X although it really isn't as good as Activesync.
The problem with using a Series 60 phone as an organiser is that the fonts are too big which makes it impossible to see enough info on the screen at one time.
