Anyone know how to clear this as everytime I go into the web it just beeps and chucks me out again with the message 'Web system error !!!' I can log onto WAP fine using GPRS so shoudnt be a problem with connection. Web has also worked fine before on the phone, just suddenly stopped working.
Gggggrrr bloody phone 😞 one problem after another.
Secondly has anyone tried the new firmware update from the website with a Vodafone contract phone. I have version 1.63 installed on my phone and the new version is 1.9 (EXPANSYS). The number on my phone is 8YOH - 01172 - 4X000 The number on the website is 8YOH - 0117E ..... can anyone tell me if this works.

The only things i can suggest is that you either restart your phone from scratch or try some new web software. I highly suggest you give opera a try. Its not free, but if you use the trial, you'll see that its far superior to any phone web browser.
There are some free web browsers also you could try. Take a look at www.handango.com for the software 😊
I think the web browser built into the X is actually the Opera browser, you are of course free to use whatever browser you wish that runs on S60.
