I have a Nokia 6600 and have accessed O2 active before.
However I accidently hit the Get Settings icon again, and these started to download Setup - parts 1-5.
Part 1 worked ok, but part 2 failed to download the settings.
Now every time I turn the phone on, it automatically tries to download Part 2 of the settings each time - and this fails !!!. This means I am automatically getting charged whenever I turn on the phone.
I have tried to delete the application - but no luck 😡
I cannot delete (cancel) the O2 active icon from the programs running menu 😡
The message is no longer in the inbox so I can't delete that 😡
A soft format of the phone hasn't worked 😡
Does anyone else have any ideas how to stop my phone automatically logging onto Settings and trying to find part of the download each time I turn it on.
