I am having difficulty getting a registration code fro Active Desk from Cibenix. They have sent me two emails requesting my IMEI number and I have responded no less than 4 times with no subsequent response from them. As instructed in their emails I have used the reply feature to their request and I have also sent an email to [email protected]. Is there a secret to contacting them that I am unaware of?
