Hi, my first post here.
I decided last night to order a Sendo X from expansys UK. I ordered it and payed it using my visa card.
This morning I was transfered to their Swedisk headquarter saying that they are shipping it from Sweden. But, and here are the buts:
1. They wanted me to either fax my creditcard+drivers license to secure that I was the legal owner of the cc. After doubting, I wired money to their norwegian bank account. Is this a strange way to do business? Normally, when I pay using my cc, they subtract the amount, and then send me the item afterwards.
2. They haven't changed the amount that I have to pay for the X. I 'ordered' the same item at the swedish, and it costed some more in contrary to my first order. Is this correct?
3. Since I live in Norway we have a different adapters than UK, will they ship with the EU standard, or the UK standard?
4. Has anyone done something similar that I am doing now? Or met anything that are similar?
