When someone who has two numbers in my contacts list rings, I see only their name. It used to be OK, but after a software update this problem has arisen. Anyone have a solution

Do you see the name or the number (your titled says "cannot see name", but your actual message says "I see only their name"😉?
If you only see their number, then most likely the number exists in two separate contact records, or more (or simply twice for the same contact, perhaps?)? Remove the duplicate and things should be back to normal.
