Anybody out there managed to set up their Sendo X to work with a Plus Net account? I'm struggling and don't know where the problem lies - Sendo, PlusNet or my own ineptitude.
I did all the OTA configuration settings and stuff but no joy.
If you've made it work for you to both send and receive emails I'd really like to hear from you!

Hi there,
I'm a Software QA Engineer for PlusNet, and before that I was in Tech Support. On a strictly when-I-get-time basis, I'll be happy to try and help - email me your plusnet username (via the link in my profile) and I will get you any information I can.
That said I don't have a Sendo X (was thinking about it, hence my visit to this forum) . But at least I can verify whether you're using the right settings from our point of view.
And I'm afraid I do need to point out that we can't usually provide extensive tech support for connections from phones and pdas - but we will always try to go the extra mile to help our customers!

Hang on, that doesn't seem to work - says I've opted not to receive emails, even though I've got that feature turned on. Oh well, PM me then.
