Really annoying.
I have got my WLAN connections as highest priority. So when I'm out and about it'll try to connect to WLAN, and then it says it can't, so I select which connection to use... all fine... I fetch my messages, and I select an email to download...
.. Open the message up, find that it's got an attachment... which I want save/veiw, so I click "save"... Phone then says that it's not downloaded the attachment, do I want to retreive it... I click "Retrieve attachment" - it tries to connect to WLAN...
... BUT....
Upon failure it never asks for what network connection I want to use... GRRRR!!!!
The solution is that I have to manually connect to the mailbox first, and then I can open the message and retrieve the attachment...
This phone has got some serious usability issues - all of which I'm learning to work around... 😞
Oh, and be careful if you set your camera settings to highest quality, and storage on the MMC card - mine won't save, probably because the MMC card isn't fast enough... 😞
Annoyingly it'll name the images starting from 001 which means if I want to transfer them to the MMC card I have to rename each and every one of them.... *sigh*
