I tried Nokia PC Suite but it only shows very limited areas of the phone. How do I access the folders in the phone's "menu" section and so on? Please help. Thanks.

you can install file manager directly onto your phone that will give you free range to explore all of your phone. efilemanager or fone explorer i have found to be good
