Problem with PC Suite

I can't connect my n-gage to my pc through PC Suite :frown: , it's says that i need a bluetooth device installed on COM (1 or 2), but i have a bluetooth USB device. How can i do?
Thanks

In principle you need to do all of this:

1) Have a supported Bluetooth adapter and its software/drivers installed

2) Pair the phone with the PC (you can initiate it from the phone, or the PC's Bluetooth software) & probably also best to make/define the devices "authorized" (no need to confirm connections).

3) With the PC's Bluetooth software define/create a so called virtual serial communications (COM) port (how it is done depends on the PC's Bluetooth software)

4) With the PC Suite's m-Router/Connection Manager enable Bluetooth use and pick the virtual COM port to be used

Many steps, and with some Bluetooth devices/software versions also often very cumbersome to set up, and not always very reliable.

Once you get past this, things generally work OK.

I've done all of this steps and now m-Router find the COM port, but in Change Devise on m-Router i can't find my n-gage and if i open Pc Suite i can't start it becouse it doesn't find my n-gage. Can u tell me where is the problem.
I see that m-router has established a connection but where is the n-gage :frown:
