Hi,everyone.Well i need help for my N7650.After installing by mistake an application for N9210 the phone is "dead".I take out the battery but nothing happens,just see a white screen.The one before the screen asking for the PIN.Nothing else,just this.Is there a way to fix it without having to go to club nokia?Anyone hear anything like this before? I "ll appreciate any help and advice.

close you phone put in the charger! when the screen goes white and the charging symbol appeears, pres *#7370# and the phone will be formated again! try if this works! You will loose all your data but the phone will work hopefully!
i put it in the charger but can't see still the charging symbol.only the white screen i can see.??????????????? :cry:
Swith off the phone and put the charher in! Do NOT switch it on! Try the code anyways! If this does not work I am afraid I cannot help you!
To switch off the phone i remove the battery.Then i connect it to the charger and the only that i see is the NOKIA logo at the bottom of my screen.No charging symbol appears even that it's connected.NOTE:THE PHONE IS OFF.
But i try this even when the phone is on but still no charging symbol appears.Any idea?If i use a charger from another nokia model?
after i put the code if it will work what i will see?will i see a message about the format?
No it does not matter which charger u use! Forget about the charging symbol try the *#7370# code! If it does not work I am afraid you have to return the phone to a NSC! 😞
i switch on the phone and after getting in the white screen i put the code.the screen is still white.will i see any message after typing the code?do i have to remove my sim cars to work the code?any other code that maybe work???
You dont have to remove the sim and this process can take up to 5 minutes! however if this does not work then nothing will! Teribly sorry about it!
come on just take it to the NSC
