On my site, go to Hints & Tips and there is a section to create .RM files with Real Producer.

i do like your config and i play the video clip
on my communicator but the picture is bad
why ??
There can be various reasons from the quality of the original to tweaking real producer. The options I have on my website are purely basic ones to get people started so that they can produce the .RM files, after that it's up to you to have a play and see what you can come up with. It's not easy as quality pictures come at the price of jumpy playback, and likewise smooth playback comes at the price of the quality of the picture and it's hard to find a good medium, and this is made harder because of the varying quality and types of source. It's also hard in that Real Producer and Nokia's Multimedia Converter don't let you change all the options you need to properly tweak the files.
What I always do is put everything I can through Virtual Dub (Link on my website - it's Free) and use that to tweak everything before running it through MMC or Real Producer.
Hope some of this helps. If you are still stuck or have any queries then let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Regards

Patrick are you aware of an app who could change an RAM / RM format to for instance to mpeg ? The reason of my question is that until Real Player Inc, will come with a better app for the 9210 with possibilities of bigger size image, I guess i will have to continue getting some files for the video player...
As well, can you tell me why or how can i resolve the problem of getting some RAM / RM files working fine on my PC and with sound, but once put in the 9210, I only have the image and no sound ???
Thanks for clues and help
PS. I Am preparing some things for you 7 your web site. Please tell me where i should send them, and how (zip, normal, e/mail, etc ???)
Beast regards & Fialakia

Sorry, I don't know of anything that will convert RM and RAM to anything else, I'll try have a look around and see what I can find.
As for the Movies with no sound I've had this before and I think it's due to the codec used in the source file. If this is something you've created with Real Producer, try taking it through VirtualDub first and changing the Audio Codec and saving it and then running it through RPB.
To upload files to the site then the preferred method is to go to www.n9210.co.uk and click on the uploading button at the top (you can upload .RM's .RAMs, NIM's, JPG's and ZIP's, if this doesn't work for you them you can e-mail them to me (preferably zipped).
Hope this helps
Thanks for the info. If you find something to convert RAM / RM to mpeg or other formats, please let me know...
Re the Sound matter. I did not change anything as I just downloaded some Files from the web. Must I reprocess them with an other app ?

Sometimes this is necessary - but usually not. It's worth a try just in case. Try using the No Compression (PCM) setting and see what happens.
