I want to be able to delete all email in my inbox. Is there a way to do this? I wonder if there is a better email application for the n-gage?
Thank you for your help! 😉

I can't answer your question, but I have tried to set up my email and can't get it to work. I have set up the correctly as far as I know, but it keeps telling me that to check settings again. I am wondering if its the access point, not sure what else to do. I have Cingular as my phone provider and Earthlink as my internet provider. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Bob
powertowin, for deleting more than one message at a time, in the Messaging app, select your mailbox, then hit "Options" and see the "Mark/Unmark" menu option.
rootytooty, you need so called GPRS Internet Access Point (IAP) settings from your operator/carrier (Cingular), and your subscription must have permissions to use it. Then you need to set the IAP up in Messaging for the mailbox. After that, you also need Cingular's SMTP server name for the outgoing mail, and then your email provider's (Earthlink) POP3 or IMAP4 incoming mail server name & your username & password for them.
You can try to get the Cingular settings from here (or ask their customer service to send them to you as a configuration message; the settings for an N-Gage, N-Gage QD, 3650, 3600, 3620, 3660, Siemens SX1 or Sendo X will all work the same):

The settings can also be obtained from here:

Thank you I am trying to do it now. I have gone to the first one and am have a sms with the settings. I just have to fill them in and see what happens.
Thanks again,
Bob
I did all that and I have everything set as I think it should be. I did the stuff at the web sites and when it came in I saved settings, but that still isn't working. Now it says that GPRS Services are not available, contact provider. I do have GPRS working on the phone because it works surfing the web. NOt sure where to go from here. Don't know if there is some other place to set GPRS or not. I haved talked to both Cingular and Earthlink. Each one says talk to the other one.
And you suggestion to Powertowin is exactly right. That is how I delete my text messages.
Thanks,
Bob
