I cannot send any messages from my 6600. My Customer support cell says that it can't do anything about it.
What can be the problem? Is there anyway that I can reinstall the OS? Please help

What does "cannot send any messages" mean, exactly? SMS? MMS? Email? All of them?
Is your SMS message center number defined correctly (to be your operator's SMS center number; usually it is picked up automatically from the SIM card)?
What, exactly, happens (including exact error messages or what the behaviour is, if there are no errors displayed)?
What are the steps you take when that happens?
Has it ever worked?
If it has, what did you do right before it stopped working?
You can't reinstall the OS, but you can reformat/reset the device to the state it was in, more or less, when it left the factory where it was made. Is your phone a 6600 or 6620, or something else; in which case you're in the wrong forum? 😉
