I am trying to synchronize my Sony Ericsson P910i with Lotus Notes calendar and tasks. I downloaded the latest version of PC Suite release 3.1.1 and I am running XP Professional with SP1 on my PC. The installation worked fine and I can explore the folders on the phone from my PC. The problem arises when I try to perform a synchronisation; it seems to hang and then prevent me from getting into Lotus Notes. I have tried uninstalling and repeating the process with no luck. I would appreciate it if anyone can help.
Synchronization Problems with P910i
don't know how they do it in different countries but I made a phone call to their customer service and they helped me get it working. Maybe they don't know about Lotus though or have support on it but you could get help with the syncronization bit if it is about the serial port settings in System.
