I'm looking to shortlist some handheld devices for our mobile users and currently am considering the Blackberry, XDA and the 9210i.
Initially we need to be able to access email from an exchange server but I would like to get something that is scaleable so we could eventually use it to access our corporate databases.
The most logical solution would be to access the databases via terminal services. We already have a Win 2K terminal server for internal use so the cost should be minimal.
The main questions I have are;
1: Can the 9210i connect to an exchange server, does it require any software to be added to the exchange server?
2: Is there a terminal services client available that can connect to a W2K terminal services server?
If anyone has any experience with either of these then I'd very much appreciate hearing from you.
