Copying messages and phonebook

Is there anyway that I can copy all my messages and phone numbers from my sim card to the phone? as it will take forever copying 1 at a time.

You can copy the contacts by going into the SIM Directory in Contacts, choosing all of the contacts (hold down the edit key and scroll down through them), then just choose to copy to contacts in the menu.
The process should be the same for SIM Messages, since they have to be copied to the phone anyway to be able to view them.
