Communicator could not communicate with PC Suite

Hi, need help !!

Before format my 9210, it can be communicate fine with PC Suite....
For the some reason, I format my 9210......back to default....
I try to connect using PC Suite......always fail....

Why....?
Try to change the device name...., can not...

Need advice....thanks
