7610 delete icons

i recently bought a nokia 7610 from my friend. its used so he sold it to me for cheap, 350USD. the thing is, i restored everything to factory, but there are still icons to the unwanted apps. does anyone know how to get rid of these. i dont know how to use SeleQ, if that is what i am suppose to use please tell me how.

If you want to get riddofthe icon of a applicaton that isinstlled on the phone, then all you have to do is go to Applicaton Manager in Tools,and then go to the application and press C or go Options and Delete!

You can format your memory card too.
