its not so complicated.... PUSH to TALK .... there is an special button on the phone,if you wish to talk, just push it and the other side is listening, and vice versa.... 😃 Nokia 6630 is supporting this technology, but you have to install some application to be able to run it on this device... but the operator must support this function too. . . 😃
How it is explained on Nokia's site:

Nokia 6630 is not on the compatible device list but it says it can be installed as an application on Nokia 6630's own specifications page.
Push to Talk or PTT is very common on walky talkies or police/miltary radios etc where there is normally only a simplex call(one way voice communication i.e. only 1 person can talk at one time) . Like your using a walkie talkie, you hold a button down and talk ...if you dont hold a button down, no one can hear you. I cant really think of a usefull application on the 6630 unless your using it as a walkie talkie.... infact there is our next bluetooth idea... 6630 walkie talkies that can talk over bluetooth using PTT!!!
god we are good.. anyone wanna pay us ?
which program i need to be able to use it??
With the Bluetooth range being about 10 meters, it is easier to just speak with a louder voice and everybody within Bluetooth range will hear, and need no radio or special apps. 😉
kill joy...hehe
No It s not using Bluetooth... it s same like P2P .. sending voice packages which is limited for 5-10 sec ( depending on operator.)

bellrock, you apparently failed to notice that this was about sar|n suggesting a "Bluetooth walkie-talkie" application (in other words, my comment was a reply to that, not about push-to-talk).
😊
sorry misunderstood...
anyway thanks...
