PC Suite will not connect!

I hope this isn't something simple that I am forgetting but Nokia PC Suite will not connect. I have a Zonet ZUB6110 Bluetooth USB Dongle and a Nokia 3650.

I can get the phone to pair with the computer using Bluetooth. I can send files (only tried images so far) from my computer to the 3650. I set the 3650 to use COM5 and I set PC Suite to connect to COM5.

When PC Suite starts up it says, "This is the first time you have used PC Suite. Please attach your Nokia 3650 to the PC and press OK to continue, or press close to exit PC Suite." According to my phone and to my computer my phone is connected, but no matter how many times I hit okay nothing happens. If I hit close the program closes.

What should I do?

did you choose the right port in mRouter? you must first start the Bluetooth serial port in your Dongle software.

Yes, I chose COM5 and my dongle software said my 3650 was using COM5.

I was able to pair the computer in my phone so it is displayed as a paired device. I could even transfer things from the computer by right clicking on them and going send > bluetooth > TheTooth(the name of my phone). But PC Suite still sits there when I hit OK my phone is connected.

Maybe if someone can detail the steps they went about to connect their 3650 to PC Suite using a bluetooth dongle.
