I have searched support cases database and there is only one eProfiles issue from Greece (probably your), entries are:

Recv 16-10-2002 11:24 First email with problem described
Sent 16-10-2002 12:25 Additional information requested
Recv 16-10-2002 15:11 Additional information received
Sent 16-10-2002 16:54 Reply was sent
Recv 17-10-2002 15:25 Another email (not yet answered)

What's wrong with response times ?

First email was received yesterday, not 3 days ago!

Remember; we are working (9am-5pm (7am-3pm GMT)

In my expereince PsiLoc are quick at answering e-mails. Maybe its just because I'm a recognisable name, but I suspect not.

Don't forget problems with e-mail do happen and so its always worth resending an e-mail if you haven't heard anything in say 24 hours. I'd also recommend posting your problem to the forum. People may have come across and can help you eve more quickly than PsiLoc.

I'd also say at this point kudos to PsiLOC for keeping an eye on these forums, they don't have too and given most things people says in such places are problems rather than praise I think that quite brave of them!

I support psiloc programs but im furious because i sent the e mail with the problem description in 14/10/2002 from [email protected]
The problem is that if u sent mail from yahoo no mail copy is saved in sent items(except if you mark "save copy" to sent items)unfortunately i did not just to show u that i m not lying.
And its difficult to belive that u receive only one mail from Greece!
I never sent 3 mails to u.so their not (probably mine)
FYI the forum helped me to find the solution via pm
Anyway i dont want to wrangle with u.The problem is solved the case is closed.

can u tell us,what was the problem with e-profiles?

Next time when you send a mail ask for them to authenticate (standard Outlook express function)

You have no prove that your email ever arrived. It wouldn't be the first email that got lost somewhere between smtp filters.
Me and Nosferatu for instance, I can mail him as much as I want but 99% of the time his mails won't arrive.

The e-mail sent from yahoo web.
I never had problems with yahoo..If was the first problem and happend with psiloc...Nothing more to say..Thank u all for the interest

PSIloc or PSI NT are bloomin gr8 ! in not so many words a remarkable little company and they are very customer focused !

Takes alot for me to say that too as i work for a huge company !
