Is there any converter for nokia text tones like the one in 3210 to rng type.

There is I used to have it but I forget the name, try Cnet?

But the question begs to be asked....Why do you want standard ringtones, why not use Midi/Wav?

The problem with Midi files is that they play too softly on the 7650. Rng files play much much louder. I was looking for a site where I could download .rng files directly on my PC and transfer it to the phone via IR.
