What Cases/Phone covers, if any, are you guys using on with your phones?
Phone Cases
Krusell horizontal (I have one): http://www.krusell.se/product.php?s=2&prodGrp=1&product=623
Krusell vertical is very poorly designed, avoid it (I have one): http://www.krusell.se/product.php?s=2&product=1814
This is nice with room for you Bt headset: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=57245&item=6353151836&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW
But my favorite (waiting for delivery) is the Uni version of this: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=57245&item=6352774880&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

I'm using a Nokia CNT-629 cover:

Very cool, easy to put on and off the phone and very well made. I like to use the phone without cover (why hide it?), so I only use the cover to carry it.
But if you're looking for a case that you can use the phone with, I recommend the Uni case because I heard that the inside plastic of the Krussel Horizotal isn't very good. Maybe Jah can confirm this.

Do you have the picture of your friend made case? I am still trying to find the perfect COMMUNICATOR CASE.
What is wrong with the case which came in the sales package?

I do not have 9500 yet. But as soon as becomes available here, I will immediately get it.
Currently I have 9000 and 9290. Judging on my previous experience with both of them, I can say I did not like nether of cases supplied with them.
In fact, I believe, I have a design of what I think is the PERFECT case for the communicator, but I still try to collect some ideas to make sure that as soon as I get the "perfect" phone, my experience will not be spoiled by not as perfect case.
Uni version seems really nice but can't be used with any clip belt. I'm usually in movement and need to have the phone locked to the belt.
On the other side the swivel clip doesn't allow to use the phone opened leaving it inside the cover. Can the clip be removed? I heard some where that clip can be unscrewed.
Any idea?
Some new cases appeared on ebay:
This one has a clip: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=57245&item=6358266054&rd=1

I simply use my old horizontal leather Nokia belt case from the 9210. There is a bit more space than with 9210 (it was rather tight then), but as a cover it works perfectly.

here are the pics of my case & my communicator with my wife's nokia 7200's headseat. excellant sound quality...enjoying this... because this case was made for the nokia 9210, te 9500 fits in easily with a bit of spare room in which my headset connector fits in... perfect !!!!!
This is the first case that really appeals to me:

You can still fully use your 9500 with this case, I like it 😃

Not bad at all! Covertec usually makes nice cases. For the time being, I keep my old one. I need to invest in a 1GB MMC first 😃

I hate these types of cases with plastic inside covering the keyboard. The latch case wont click into place and will make it worse.
I never used a case for my 9210, though with the amount of scratchable shiny bits on the 9500 I've taken to carrying it in an old sunglasses pouch, which can also be used to buff it up when required. To be honest if I were to shell out for a case i'd want a hard-case design similar to my friends old Series 5 case, the thing was damn near indestructible and survived being run over by a car 😮 Saying that it was bulky and heavy being metal, but for the protection it's worth the extra size/weight imo.

I know this is not along the subject of cases, but i like that headset you have. i use my Nokia 9500 to listen to mp3s and the Jabra 250 only has one ear plug. can you talk on the phone with that one in the picts? also does the music stop/pause when a call comes in?
Thanks
juanus
The headset in the picture is the new Nokia HS-3 (replacing the HDS-3), yes it does have a microphone and you can use it for talking on the phone. The phone responds the same with that as with other headsets.

yes...all the above & yet it has a certain i-Pod like appeal. good sound quality as well. only thing is that its call accept button got spoiled in a little rain once, but yet. its a good headset & if u press it slightly into you ear, it really does give out good BASS.
