PicoDrive Crashes when saving state

As subject says. when ever i try to save state i get a error msg saying
Program PicoDrive
Reason code KERN-EXEC
Reason number 3
then i can press continue and picodrive closes..

firmware 30.80.20 (a925)
and using v0.25

Is there any fix to this.. games work great on it.. but kinda sad that i have to start over each time

Saving dosn�t work on v0.25. You need to use v0.24 where saving do work but that version doesn�t support sound. Think save>sound so I�m using v0.24.
