Ringtones

I have been trying to use MP3s and 3gpp files as ring tones, i.e. converting some of my MP3 files to 3gpp files (which seem to sound better on the phone) as ringtones for the Nokia 6260. However I do not seem able to get them to work. I have placed both the MP3 version and the 3gpp version in the digital folder of the sound clips folder on my memory card. However when I go to to profiles and customize and try to select either the MP3 or 3gpp it doesn't show up in the list.

Am I doing anything wrong? Does anyone know if this is possible?

I used FExplorer to move the files from the inbox to the 'Digital' folder of the 'Sound Clips' folder on my memory card. I have also sent over midi files which I placed in the other folder and when I choose to select my ring tone it shows these files.

Since my posts the other day I have found that if I transfer mp3 and place in the root of the sound clips folder on my memory card I can then use them as ring tones.
