hey guys i was just wandering could ya'll help me out with a little problem.
well see i have traded my DS for a N-gage through the mail. problem is i haven't gotten my n-gage. since it was a transaction over the internet, what can i do to report a theft. can i tell the police or something? or is it just my dumb luck and now i'll never see my DS again. what can i do?

Well you should get a reference number from the Police, but the chances of anything happening or very slim. Either chalk it up to experience, or as you have the actual addresss you could try aan angry letter, perhaps from a solicitor if you want to go down th elegal route.
